Obituary for Robert Leroy Rainey Jr.

Robert L. Rainey Jr of Twin Falls, Idaho passed suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday January 15, 2020. He was born to Margie and Robert Rainey Sr on March 5, 1961 in Castro Valley, California. Bob or Bobby as he was known to several family members was the youngest of three children.
On August 30, 1993 he married the love of his life Eleanor. Bob and Eleanor went on to become parents to five beautiful boys Gage (13), Sonny (10), Julien (7), Michael (3) and Noah (9 months). Bob loved his boys as much as he loved his wife. They will all greatly miss him.
Bob has worked at several places. He enjoyed driving truck long haul and his most recent job was driving public transit bus for Trans IV in Twin Falls. He loved his clients and coworkers dearly.
Bob collected baseball cards, loved to watch any and all Star Trek. He loved watching his favorite football team the Raiders and his favorite baseball team the Oakland A’s. He loved watching Ghost Hunters with his boys along with many animated shows they enjoyed. He liked fishing and exploring in the outdoors. One of his fondest trips was this last summer when he took his wife and children to explore ghost towns in Northern Idaho. He was proud to have panned for gold and found a small flake.
Bob was preceded in death by his parent Margie and Robert Sr., his step father George Tweedle, grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bob is survived by his wife of 26 years Eleanor, his five children Gage, Sonny, Julien, Michael, and Noah all of Twin Falls. His brother Dan Rainey who lives in Georgetown, CA. His sister Paula Pierce who lives in Jackpot, NV. His father in law and mother in law Lester and Ileen Adams of Filer, ID who looked at Bob as a real son. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and inlaws. Bob was loved by many who knew him.
He will be greatly missed by all and has left a huge hole in this world. But those that knew him walked away better people because of it.
