Obituary for Jedediah Rae Hammond
Jedediah Rae Hammond, son of Creel and Judy Hammond, died on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from complications of diabetes.
Jed was born on December 28, 1972 in Logan Utah. He grew up in Hyrum, Utah where he attended school and church. In 1990, Jed moved to Filer, Idaho with his family. He worked at Arby’s and graduated from CSI’s high school program. As a gifted artist, he attended and graduated from the Phil Collins School of Graphic Design in Arizona.
Jed leaves behind brothers; Creel Jr. (Melissa), Clint (Peggy), Jacob (Melinda) sister; Charity and sister-in-law; Krystal. As well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his brother Justin Hammond and a nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 1, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - Cedar Draw Ward in Filer. A viewing will be held at 9:00 AM.
Jed will be laid to rest in the Filer Cemetery.
