Obituary for Isahia Manuel Trujillo

TWIN FALLS - Today, we thank God for the incredible joy that Isahia Manuel Trujillo brought to so many of us. Isahia was born on September 21, 2007, the second child to Amy Varney and little brother to Kadence. He came into this world in a big way arriving at 12lbs 15 oz. We are pretty sure that his heart made up most of that weight as he was described by so many as having a “huge heart.” He became a favorite of his big sister Kadence who protected him and loved him well throughout his life. A short year later, Zaydin joined the family, followed by Damon and Ainzlee.

He began preschool at Canyonside Christian School at the age of 3, as an adorable reserved little boy, reserved that is until he was comfortable and then he was witty, funny, goofy and an all-around great friend to his peers. This is where he met Johnny Millenkamp and they developed an incredible brotherhood. Amy was introduced to the Millenkamp family and they became close friends. The Millenkamp’s loved him like their own and he knew it. He was considered and loved like a son and a brother. He brought the entire Millenkamp family great joy and laughter. He loved Susie’s avocado toast and he and Johnny spent hours out on the calf ranch working, playing, riding motorcycles and doing all of the crazy and special things that brothers do. He was an incredibly hard worker.

Isahia loved spending special time with his sister Kadence driving around and getting Boba tea together, reading and coloring with his sister Ainzlee, sharing about Jesus with his very inquisitive brother Damon and spending time playing video games and hunting and fishing with his brother Zaydin. He loved to tell his siblings “just rub some dirt on it.”

Isahia and his mom Amy shared a special love for horses and they broke colts together and rode horses. Isahia was a cowboy at heart and truly loved his horse Cheyenne. Isahia loved hunting with Joe and fishing with his Grandpa Varney. He loved staying with his Aunt Desirae in Washington where they would fish and hike and drink pumpkin spice coffee together. Isahia wanted to go into the military after high school and become a Marine.

Isahia had incredible friends and teammates and just finished an outstanding 8th grade football season at Lighthouse Christian School. He loved attending youth group. Isahia was known for his kind heart, sense of humor and love for his family and friends. He was deeply loved and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his mother Amy Varney, siblings, Kadence, Zaydin, Damon and Ainzlee, paternal Grandfather, Randy Varney, Aunt Desirae Dallavis and mentor Joe Valado. A celebration of life will be held for Isahia at Lighthouse Christian School on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m, 960 Eastland Drive, Twin Falls Idaho.
