Obituary for Francisco Lopez Perez
Francisco Lopez Perez of Rogerson, ID was taken home in the arms of the Angels on March 31, 2023.
Francisco was born in Michoacan, Mexico on January 29, 1957, son of J. Guadalupe Perez and Aurora Lopez, where he grew up with his seven siblings.
Francisco was a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend.
In 1978 he made his journey to the U.S. and searched for his forever home in the Twin Falls area until he settled in Rogerson, ID for 36 years.
He met the love of his life, Melinda Perez, who he spent 43 beautiful years together. They had four children, seven grandkids, and three great grandkids.
Francisco loved being in the outdoors, whether he was working on his cars, gardening, fishing or doing yardwork. He also enjoyed playing with his kids, grandkids and had a love for all animals. He loved cooking for his family and friends. He was a huge family man spending every moment he could with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J. Guadalupe and Aurora Perez. He is survived by his wife, Melinda Perez; sons, Francisco M. Perez Jr., Federico M. (Dalila) Perez, Fidel Angel M. Perez; daughter, Erendira M. Perez; seven grandkids, Lenna, Anyssa, Federico Jr., Francisco III, Aleera, Alaina, and Ariez Perez; three great grandkids, Jason, Jasmine, and Julian Rojas; siblings, Luis (Maria Trancito) Perez, Sabina (Ramon) Razo, Bernardo (Sofia) Perez, Guadalupe (Francisco) Toribio, Donaciano Perez, Amelia (Rafael) Duran, and Javier (Lupe) Perez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and god children.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 am Thursday, April 13, 2023 at St. Edward’s Catholic Church, 161 6th Ave E. in Twin Falls. A gathering at the TownPlace Suites by Marriott 175 Av. Del Rio Dr. in Twin Falls.
