Obituary for Bonnie Jean Wright

BONNIE JEAN (MOSES) WRIGHT – Bonnie J Wright, 81, ended her long and hard fought battle with cancer February 3, 2020, surrounded by loved ones in her home in Twin Falls, ID. She was born March 23, 1938, in Blackfoot, ID, the daughter of Gordon Eugene Moses and Anne Mary (Novasad) Moses. Bonnie graduated from Jackson Hole High School, Class of 1956. Following graduation, she became a beautician. Later she switched careers where she worked as a Lab Technician for Williams Field Service for 22 years. After retirement she continued to work in the hospitality service as a receptionist for Red Mountain Spa and as a breakfast host for La Quinta Inn & Suites. She married James W Wright on April 16, 1963 at The Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada. They celebrated 56 years of marriage. In Bonnie’s early years, she was an avid bowler, traveling across the country for many bowling tournaments. After bowling, Bonnie took up golf where she excelled and won many tournaments along with several gold putters. Family was Bonnie’s number one priority and she made sure she attended at least one of each child’s, grandchild’s and great-grandchild’s events. She touched not only the lives of her family but anyone she ever had a conversation with. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Beverly. Surviving in addition to her husband, James W Wright, are her daughter, Angela Winters and her husband, James, of Battle Mountain, NV; daughter, Jacqueline Buchel and her husband, Marty, of Battle Mountain, NV, and son Tony Wright of Rawlins, WY; nine grandchildren, Darrell Winters, Jake Winters, Natalie Todd, Justin Gray, Tony Buchel, Cory Buchel, Jace Buchel, Maddison Wright and Rylee Wright; seven Great-grandchildren; George Buchel, Cash Buchel, Sagen Buchel, Rowan Buchel, Jaelynn Winters, Chloe Winters and Adley Jo Winters; 4 sisters and one brother along with many nieces and nephews. A service in remembrance of Bonnie will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 at Reynolds Funeral Chapel, 2466 Addison Ave. East, Twin Falls, ID with viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Sunset Cemetery, Twin Falls, ID.
